Job Summary:

We're seeking an experienced Purchasing/Sourcing Officer to join our team at Tempo Sports Pvt Ltd, a leading manufacturer of soccer balls, fitness, and boxing equipment.

The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in purchasing and sourcing, excellent written English skills, and a proven track record of successfully managing vendors and negotiating prices.

Responsibilities:

1. Source and procure high-quality materials and components from reliable vendors locally or internationally.

2. Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors to ensure timely delivery and competitive pricing.

3. Compare material prices from different vendors and negotiate the best deals.

4. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production, quality control, and design.

6. Analyze market trends and provide insights to inform purchasing decisions.

Requirements:

1. Minimum 5 years of experience in purchasing and sourcing, preferably in the sports equipment or manufacturing industry.

2. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.

3. Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.

4. Proven ability to negotiate prices, manage vendors, and build strong relationships.

5. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
