ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Completes assigned quality assurance audit reviews timely per assignment and in line with SLA.
- Works to identify key risks in the assigned area and escalates concerns to their supervisor.
- Provide feedback to supervisor on success and failures identified during the Quality Assurance process.
- Reports any training needs or opportunities to management.
- Provide procedures and address issues that may hinder accuracy, timeliness and/or deadlines.
- Ensure regulatory and operational compliance for loans reviewed.
- Responsive to internal and external customer needs in a timely, accurate and professional manner.
QUALIFICATIONS AND TECHNICAL SKILLSETS:
- 2-4 years’ experience in operations, operational risk, or risk management; US or any region mortgage servicing experience preferred.
• Any experience in Loss mitigation, foreclosure, bankruptcy and underwriting is beneficial • Any experience in working with Sagent\MSP\LoanSphere (BKFS) is good to have
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred in a related discipline such as Business, Public Policy, Communications, or Public Relations.
- Excellent communication skills across multiple stakeholder levels, both internally and customer-facing.
- High level of attention to detail
- Outstanding analytical capabilities to deconstruct a complex situation into root causes.
- Ability to judge and assess situations in a very objective manner.
- Ability to maintain a calm demeanour in critical, escalated, fast-paced situations.
- Demonstrated analytical-thinking and problem-solving experience.
- Able to prioritize one’s own daily activities.
- Capable of working in a team environment
- Can use good judgement
