  • Support the QA/QC Manager in developing, reviewing, and updating project-specific QA/QC plans, Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs), and procedures.
  • Maintain a robust document control system for all quality-related records, including inspection reports, material submittals, method statements, and test results.
  • Ensure all project documentation is correctly filed, stored, and accessible to the relevant parties.
  • Assist in planning and conducting regular site inspections and audits to verify construction activities meet quality standards and specifications.
  • Coordinate with client representatives, consultants, and third-party inspectors for all inspection activities.
  • Track the status of all inspection requests (RFIs) and ensure timely closures.
  • Work with the site team to identify, document, and track non-conformance reports (NCRs) and quality issues.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors and project teams to develop and implement corrective and preventive actions for non-conformances.
  • Ensure that all quality issues are properly investigated, resolved, and closed out within the required timeframe.
  • Review material submittals and product data to ensure compliance with project specifications before procurement.
  • Assist in inspecting incoming material deliveries to confirm they match approved submittals.
  • Maintain the approved materials list and ensure all materials are handled and stored correctly on-site.
  • Prepare and compile regular QA/QC reports, including statistical data on quality trends, for project management and client review.
  • Facilitate quality meetings with subcontractors and project staff to address quality issues and promote awareness.
  • Communicate effectively with all project stakeholders to resolve quality concerns.
