Job Title: QA Engineer
We're looking for a sharp, detail-oriented QA Engineer to join our growing team and help maintain quality standards for our AI-powered knowledge retention platform. This role is ideal for someone in early or mid-level in their QA career who is eager to learn, takes ownership of their work, and is excited to grow alongside a cutting-edge AI product.
About the Role
As a QA Engineer, you'll help design and execute test cases, find bugs, and make sure our platform runs smoothly. You'll work closely with developers, product managers, and AI teams, with plenty of opportunities to learn modern testing practices, automation, and AI product quality assurance from experienced team members.
Responsibilities

• Execute manual test cases and gradually take on automated testing
• Perform functional, regression, and integration testing
• Identify, document, and track bugs and usability issues clearly
• Collaborate with developers to reproduce and resolve defects
• Help test API integrations under guidance
• Contribute to QA documentation and sprint activities
• Continuously learn new tools, frameworks, and testing approaches

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in QA, software testing, or a related technical role (preferably in AI)
• Understanding of software QA concepts and the software development lifecycle
• Familiarity with at least one API testing tool (Postman or similar)
• Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail
• Clear written and verbal communication
• A strong sense of responsibility, ownership, and follow-through
• Genuine eagerness to learn and grow

Nice to Have

• Exposure to automation tools like Selenium, Cypress, or Playwright (even at a beginner level)
• Curiosity about AI/ML products and how to test them
• Awareness of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) or CI/CD pipelines
• Personal projects, certifications, or coursework related to QA or development
