What You’ll Be Working On

Testing & Quality Assurance

• Design, develop, and execute manual & automated test cases
• Perform functional, regression, integration, performance & security testing
• Ensure compliance with quality standards and industry best practices

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Work closely with developers, product managers & business analysts
• Translate business requirements into effective test strategies

Defect Management

• Identify, log, track, and verify bugs through their lifecycle
• Ensure timely resolution and retesting

Automation & Process Improvement

• Develop and maintain automation test scripts & frameworks
• Improve test coverage, automation efficiency, and QA processes continuously

Documentation & Ownership

• Create clear test documentation, reports, and metrics
• Take complete ownership of product quality and proactively suggest improvements

What We’re Looking For

Experience & Core Skills

• 5–6 years of experience in Manual & Automation Testing
• Strong understanding of SDLC, STLC & Defect Life Cycle

Automation & API Testing

• Tools/Frameworks: Selenium, TestNG, JUnit, Cypress (or similar)
• API testing using Postman / RestAssured

Databases & DevOps

• Hands-on experience with SQL queries & database validation
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, Git & Jenkins

Soft Skills

• Strong analytical & problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
• Self-driven, proactive, and comfortable working independently or in teams

Nice to Have

• Experience in FinTech / Banking / Payments domain
• Performance testing tools: JMeter, LoadRunner
• Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS / Azure)
