Q/A Executive

AMG Technologies Bahria, is looking for a detail-oriented and analytical QA Executive to monitor and evaluate call quality, ensure compliance, and improve overall performance standards. The ideal candidate will play a key role in maintaining service excellence and supporting continuous improvement within the team.

Requirements

• Strong English communication and listening skills
• Excellent attention to detail and analytical mindset
• Ability to evaluate calls objectively and provide feedback
• Basic knowledge of call center operations and QA processes
• Familiarity with CRM systems and call monitoring tools is a plus
• Fresh candidates with strong analytical skills can apply
• Prior QA or call center experience will be preferred
