Job Description
Summary:
We are seeking a QC Inspector to ensure the quality of products and services meet the required standards before they are delivered to customers.
Job Responsibility:
- Conduct inspections of materials, products, and processes at various stages of production
- Review and interpret technical drawings and specifications to ensure compliance
- Identify and report any non-conformities or defects in products
- Recommend improvements to production processes to ensure quality standards are met
- Maintain accurate records of inspections and testing results
Candidate Requirements:
- Proven experience as a QC Inspector or similar role
- Familiarity with quality control processes and techniques
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
- Attention to detail and strong analytical skills
- Excellent communication and reporting abilities
Skills
1.Strong knowledge of quality control processes and procedures
2. Attention to detail and the ability to identify defects or deviations
3. Excellent communication skills to collaborate with different teams
4. Proficiency in using measurement tools and equipment
5. Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications
6. Problem-solving skills to address quality issues efficiently
7. Familiarity with relevant quality standards and regulations
8. Organizational skills to manage and prioritize workload effectively
9. Critical thinking skills to analyze data and make informed decisions
10. Quality assurance certification or relevant training is a plus
