Facility Management Experienced

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Quality Officer to join our facility management division. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all services—including maintenance, safety, cleaning, and support operations—are delivered in strict compliance with international standards, contractual obligations, and client expectations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and enforce quality assurance frameworks aligned with ISO 9001 and industry standards.
  • Conduct systematic audits and inspections across facilities to ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and operational requirements.
  • Monitor contractor and vendor performance against service-level agreements.
  • Prepare comprehensive reports on quality metrics, audit findings, and corrective actions.
  • Lead training initiatives to embed a culture of quality across all teams.
  • Collaborate with senior management to drive continuous improvement and operational excellence.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Facility Management, Engineering, or Quality Management.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in quality assurance within facility management or related industries.
  • Strong knowledge of ISO standards, health & safety regulations, and compliance frameworks.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously.
