Job Description:

We are hiring a QCDD Engineer with hands-on experience in handling QCDD submissions, and a strong understanding of Fire & Life Safety Regulations and Building Permit Renewal Processes in Qatar.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and manage QCDD submissions for various projects
• Ensure compliance with Qatar Civil Defence (QCDD) fire safety and life protection regulations
• Coordinate with consultants and local authorities for permit processing
• Manage building permit renewals and ensure timely completion
• Conduct technical reviews and prepare required documentation
• Liaise with project managers, consultants, and contractors
• Attend inspections with QCDD officials as required

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Mechanical/Electrical preferred)
• Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience in Qatar
• Deep knowledge of QCDD procedures and regulations
• Familiar with Kahramaa, Ashghal, and Municipality approval processes
• Valid QID (preferred)
• Excellent communication and coordination skills
