QHSE Officer

We are seeking a qualified QHSE Officer to support our Facilities Management operations across Qatar. The ideal candidate will ensure compliance with company QHSE systems, ISO standards, and local regulations, while promoting a strong safety culture across all sites.

Responsibilities

• Conduct site inspections, risk assessments, and safety audits.
• Ensure compliance with Qatar Labour Law, Civil Defense, and HSE standards.
• Investigate incidents and implement corrective actions.
• Provide QHSE training and toolbox talks.
• Maintain documentation and prepare QHSE performance reports.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, or related field.
• NEBOSH IGC or IOSH Managing Safely certification (mandatory).
• 3–5 years’ QHSE experience in Facilities Management or Construction.
• Good knowledge of Qatar’s HSE regulations and ISO 9001/14001/45001.
• Fluent in English and Arabic (spoken and written).
• Strong communication and reporting skills.
