QS Engineer

The Senior Quantity Surveyor-MEP will be responsible for cost control, BOQ preparation, cost management, cost planning, and cost reporting on projects. Must have knowledge in MEP Quantity Surveying, infrastructure Projects, high rise buildings and commercial projects.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Engineering(Electrical/Mechanical Engineering.) or related field
• Cost Control, Cost Management, and Cost Reporting skills
• BOQ and Cost Planning skills 10-15 years experience in MEP quantity surveying
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Experience: Minimum10-15 years of experience in MEP Quantity Surveying.

Strong experience with AutoCAD and MS Office software.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
