Senior Executive, – Secretarial

Key Task & Accountabilities Key Task & Accountabilities 1. Compliances under SEBI Listing Regulations, SEBI Takeover code and SEBI insider Trading Regulations. 2. Convening of Board/Committee/General Meetings/Postal Ballot. 3. Drafting of Notice, Agenda, Postal Ballot Notice, Annual Report, Minutes of the Meeting as per Companies Act, 2013. 4. Coordination, support and resolution of audit queries to the secretarial, internal and statutory auditors. 5. Dealing with Directors and functional heads. 6. Liaisioning with Bankers, RTA, BSE/NSE, NSDL/CDSL, ROC, and other concerned statutory authorities etc. Important Competencies 1. Good communication skills 2. Digital Literacy 3. Comprehensive Understanding Academic a Professional Qualifications CS with 1.5 years of experience. LLB Qualified preferable

An ideal candidate is a qualified Company Secretary (CS) with at least 1.5 years of experience in a listed company. They have hands-on knowledge of SEBI regulations, company law compliance, and secretarial functions like board meetings, postal ballots, and audit coordination. If the candidate also holds an LLB, it’s an added advantage. They are confident communicators, digitally skilled, and capable of handling external stakeholders like regulators, stock exchanges, and RTA. Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹900,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per month
