Job Title: Quality Assurance Manager

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the CEO and senior leadership to establish, implement, and sustain the organization's quality standards.
• Develop and oversee comprehensive quality control frameworks to ensure adherence to established benchmarks and continuous operational excellence.
• Assess departmental performance and ensure alignment with organizational quality objectives, identifying opportunities for enhancement and optimization.
• Innovate and propose strategic initiatives aimed at improving operational efficiency, productivity, and service delivery, while preserving the integrity of product and service quality.
• Exercise sound judgment in decision-making processes, balancing cost-efficiency with the delivery of superior quality results.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including development and technical departments, to drive continuous improvement in service offerings and internal processes.

Required Skills:

• Exceptional proficiency in English communication (both written and verbal).
• Strong analytical acumen with a keen ability to identify problems and devise effective solutions.
• Demonstrated expertise in prioritization, time management, and effective planning.
• Robust conflict resolution capabilities and the ability to manage diverse perspectives with tact and diplomacy.
