Job Summary:
We are looking for a Quality Assurance & Production Assistant Officer with at least one year of experience in cleaning product manufacturing to support both the QA and Production departments. The ideal candidate will ensure product quality, process efficiency, and compliance with company and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Quality Assurance:

• Conduct routine quality checks and laboratory tests on raw materials, in-process materials, and finished goods.
• Monitor and ensure product compliance with company quality standards.
• Maintain accurate QA records, reports, and documentation.
• Assist in investigating and resolving quality issues or customer complaints.
• Support the implementation of quality improvement initiatives and SOPs.
• Ensure adherence to safety, hygiene, and regulatory protocols.

Production Support:

• Assist in day-to-day production operations to ensure smooth workflow.
• Monitor mixing, batching, and filling processes as per approved SOPs.
• Coordinate with the production team to maintain consistency and minimize wastage.
• Ensure proper documentation of production activities and process parameters.
• Support continuous improvement and efficiency initiatives in production.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in manufacturing or QA of cleaning products (blue, phenyl, bleach, cleaners, etc.)
• Knowledge of laboratory techniques, quality control procedures, and production processes.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
• Excellent teamwork and communication abilities.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
