As a quality assurance specialist , Performs all analytical and sensory quality control tests as prescribed in quality manual and controls process parameters using statistical techniques to ensure that the products are consistently produced within KORE standards

ABOUT YOUR NEW JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

*Write and implement quality requirements in accordance with Coca-Cola standards, Egyptian specifications, and other relevant regulations.

*Monitor machine performance, report malfunctions, and ensure proper operation.

*Ensure the application of quality systems on production lines and train technicians to implement the required standards.

*Participate in daily meetings and share challenges and results with different departments.

*Follow up on maintenance, production, and loading processes to ensure product safety and quality.

*Monitor calibration activities for different equipment.

*Train employees on quality and food safety systems.

*Demonstrate strong knowledge in data analysis and project presentation.

*Ensure compliance with ISO 22000:2018 Food Safety Management System .

*Ensure compliance with ISO 14001:2015 Environmental Management System .

*Ensure compliance with ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System .

*Ensure compliance with ISO 45001:2018 Occupational Health & Safety Management System .

*Ensure compliance with ISO/TS 22002-1:2009 Prerequisite Programs .

*Be aware of the importance of their activities and how they contribute to food safety.

*Comply with personal hygiene requirements before entering operation areas in accordance with induction training and awareness guidelines.

*Perform any other similar tasks assigned.

ARE THSES YOUR SECERET INGRIDENTS

*Graduation or Diploma in Chemistry, Chem. Engineering, Biochemistry or in Food Tech.

*Conversant with SPC Techniques, ISO & HACCP systems.

*0 – 3 years’ experience in Carbonated Soft Drinks or aerated water industry.

*Good communication skills in English. Fluency in Arabic preferable.

*Proficiency in Computer Usage.
