Quality Assurance Specialist

• Responsible for creating and implementing a strategy for quality coordination and testing as well as suggesting solutions to identify quality problems.
• Investigates product quality in order to make improvements to achieve better customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate with the Quality Assurance Manager to implement the overall Quality Planning strategy.
• Collaborates with the Product Development team to ensure consistent project execution.
• Identifies quality assurance process bottleneck to suggest actions for improvement.
• Collects quality data to have accessible records whenever needed.
• Identifies key KPIs for product quality to ensure its quality.
• Prepares and presents reports to Quality Assurance Manager to maintain proper coordination.

Academic and professional qualifications:

▪ Bachelor's degree, Agriculture / Science / Production engineering.

▪ Food or Beverage manufacturing experience

▪ PCQI Online Training

▪ Integrated quality management system: Quality, Environment (EMS), Health, and Safety (EHS), Food Safety, Halal, Kosher, and Ethical Trading Initiative (ETI).

▪ Lead Auditor in (ISO 9001- ISO 22000 –BRC - ISO 45001- and ISO 14001).

Experience: 1-3 years of experience in Manufacturing Environment.
