About the Team:

This role sits within a small regional team based in Istanbul, where you will be the sole QA specialist for the Turkish office. At the same time, you will be part of the wider EMEA Quality Department, which operates from regional hubs in Venray, Netherlands, and Krakow, Poland.

About the role:

We are looking for a Quality Assurance Specialist with knowledge of the Turkish market. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that all products distributed in Turkey meet Herbalife’s quality and compliance requirements.

In this role you will:

• Ensure local production meets Herbalife quality requirements, including providing support, conducting audits, and visiting pilot production sites.
• Inspect incoming products to verify compliance and develop improvement plans when deviations occur. This includes implementing and performing finished product inspections in local Turkish warehouses.
• Verify that appropriate transportation and warehouse controls are in place, with particular attention to temperature monitoring.
• Support the development and launch of new products.
• Identify, document, and resolve quality concerns and deviations.
• Conduct audits of contract manufacturers and warehouses.
• Communicate product quality issues across the organization.
• Prepare and deliver weekly and monthly quality reports to management.
• Act as a strong advocate for quality standards within the country.
• Travel to warehouses as required, with occasional visits to contract manufacturers.
• Oversee regional quality compliance at all levels, including production at contract manufacturing sites, and address any quality issues that arise.

Our requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in Quality Assurance
• Fluent in English both written and speaking.
• CV also needs to be in English and not Turkish for us to consider (please note all CVs in Turkish will be rejected)
• Proficient in basic Microsoft applications
• Experience with Oracle is an advantage
• Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in a life sciences field
