We are looking for a Quality Supervisor to join our growing team—someone with strong communication skills, a strategic mindset, and creative ideas that make a difference.
What you'll do
Prepare and update control plans and quality inspection instructions for components according to regulations and
Support product development activities by collaborating with Production, Supplier Development Process, and R&D departments; ensure follow-up and reporting
Support DFMEA and PFMEA studies; track action items and ensure their closure
Analyze performance data and initiate corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) when necessary
Monitor and report on product field performance
Collaborate with the Management Representative on defining and improving management system processes (ISO standards, internal audits, etc.)
Take part in internal quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the definition and implementation of process quality criteria
Organize and support training activities for quality technicians to ensure effective participation in quality processes
To ensure that the field and in-house quality controls are carried out according to the quality control plans
Reporting field product/non product defects
To analyze and support the solution of product/non product defects
Implementing corrective and preventive actions related to field errors, evaluating and following up the actions
Carrying out continuous improvement activities
Taking part in the digitalization of quality control processes
Key Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (preferably Mechanical Engineering, Electrical-Electronics, Mechatronics Engineering)
Minimum 5 years of experience in quality assurance process , service quality management is a plus
Strong command of English (written and verbal)
Analyze quality data and trends to identify root causes of deviations and implement effective corrective and preventive actions.
Experienced about the problem-solving methods
Preferably experienced in team leadership or supervisory roles within a quality function.
Experienced in FMEA, and general quality assurance methodologies and cost analysis
Skilled in MS Office applications
Open to both domestic and international travel
Team work ability in a multicultural organization, with peers and management
Strong communication, facilitation, presentation, reporting and organizational skills
Resides in İstanbul Asian side or Kocaeli (Gebze, Darıca, Çayırova).
