Responsibilities:
1.Installation standard and Infrastructure Acceptance standard confirmation with customer;
2.Organize training to subcons.
3.Subcon monitoring include group message checking and on field inspection,point out the defects and push subcon finish the rectification.
4.Quality check report audit and push subcon to rectifiy.
5.Common issue collection and re-training to all subcons.
6.Quality and EHS Weekly meeting with customer
7.Responsible for other assignments requested by direct manager,such as support on field for SWAP
8.Troubleshooting with Tech. team.
9.Pending tracking and push subcon to close.
10.Acceptance tracking
11.Respects all internal rules and regulations related to work, administrative tasks, reports and company internal order regulation.
Qualification & Requirements:
1.Bachelor Degree or higher education in Telecommunications /Electronics Engineering / IT / BA or equivalent
2.4 years experience in Quality Assurance in Telco industry, previous working experience in big telecommunication operators is preferred.
3.Team leader with strong analytical and problem solving skills
4.Proactive, self-motivated and with rich communication skill
5.Proficient in English and local language
6.Must have a thoroughly understanding of Quality Assurance tools and techniques in Telco industry
7.Quality audit training will be an advantage (ISO9000:2000, TL9000)
