Quality Control Engineer

Job Overview
A leading Company in the Alcoholic Beverages industry is seeking to hire a Quality Control Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality and safety. This role involves overseeing the testing and inspection of materials, processes, and products throughout the production cycle.
Key Responsibilities

• Inspection & Testing:

Perform inspections and tests on materials and products to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications.

• Quality Documentation & Reporting:

Maintain accurate records of inspections, test results, non-conformities, and corrective actions.

• Root Cause Analysis & Problem Solving:

Investigate defects, identify root causes, and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).

• Process Improvement & Compliance:

Monitor production processes, support continuous improvement, and ensure compliance with industry standards (e.g., ISO, GMP).

• Cross-functional Collaboration:

Coordinate with engineering, production, and suppliers to resolve quality issues and promote quality awareness.

Requirements:
Qualifications

• A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Assurance, or a related field.
• 3+ years of quality control experience in the food and beverage industry is a must.
• Strong understanding of quality management systems and methodologies.
• Familiarity with relevant industry standards (e.g., ISO, Six Sigma).
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
