Job Title: QA/QC Engineer

Location: [UAE, AUH]

Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated QA/QC Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will ensure that all projects, processes, and materials meet company standards, client specifications, and regulatory requirements. You will be responsible for implementing quality assurance procedures, inspecting work on-site or in production, and maintaining compliance with quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and maintain QA/QC procedures and standards.
• Conduct inspections, audits, and tests on materials, equipment, and workmanship.
• Review project specifications, drawings, and contracts for compliance with quality standards.
• Prepare and maintain quality documentation, reports, and records.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to resolve quality issues.
• Monitor corrective and preventive actions to ensure quality compliance.
• Train and guide site or production teams on quality standards and procedures.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil, ARCHITECT ENGINEERING, or related field.
• Proven experience as QA/QC Engineer in [construction projects].
• Strong knowledge of quality standards, codes, and procedures (ISO, ASTM, etc.).
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in MS Office and quality management software.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED13,000.00 - AED15,000.00 per month
