Quality Control Officer – Stitching

Job Description:
We are looking for a detail-oriented Quality Control Officer (Stitching) to monitor garment stitching quality and ensure production meets company standards. The ideal candidate will have experience in garment inspection and quality control processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Inspect garments during and after stitching to ensure quality standards.
• Check measurements, stitching quality, seams, finishing, and workmanship.
• Identify defects and coordinate with production teams for corrections.
• Maintain quality inspection reports and records.
• Ensure compliance with company quality procedures.
• Conduct inline and final inspections.
• Train stitching staff on quality requirements when needed.

Requirements:

• Minimum Intermediate / Diploma in Textile or relevant field.
• 2–5 years experience in garment stitching quality control.
• Good knowledge of stitching operations and garment construction.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work with production teams and meet deadlines.
