QUALITY CONTROL - QC MANAGER

We are looking for an experienced Quality Control Manager to plan and supervise a quality control of construction projects from start to finish.

• Develop and implement project-specific quality control plans, procedures, and checklists.
• Inspect and monitor construction activities to ensure compliance with drawings, specifications, codes, and standards.
• Conduct material inspections and verify test results before approval for use at site.
• Supervise and monitor concrete works, steel fixing, formwork, finishing, and other activities for quality compliance.
• Ensure proper documentation of all inspections, tests, and approvals.
• Coordinate with site engineers, subcontractors, and consultants for quality-related matters.
• Review and verify contractors’ quality assurance/quality control (QA/QC) documentation.
• Identify non-conformances (NCR) and issue corrective and preventive action reports.
• Ensure calibration of testing equipment and verification of third-party test reports.
• Maintain records of quality audits, inspections, and tests for project handover.
• Ensure health, safety, and environmental compliance during inspections.
• Provide training and guidance to site staff on quality standards and procedures.
• Liaise with Project Manager/Construction Manager for quality-related issues and propose solutions.
• Assist in preparing monthly/weekly quality reports for management and clients.
