General Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering disciplines,

Minimum 3 years of experience in quality departments within production, engineering, or supplier management,

Ability to work effectively in a matrix organizational structure and guide stakeholders,

Capability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines,

Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and organizational skills,
-
Strong reporting and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex information to different audiences,
-
Familiarity with quality management systems such as ISO 9001, IATF 16949, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 (preferred),
-
Knowledge of quality core tools and problem-solving techniques,
-
Possession of a Class B driving license,

Advanced English proficiency (A portion of the interview will be conducted in English, and active speaking skills are required for the position)
Quality Engineer - Roles and Responsibilities
-
Monitor product and process development projects to enhance product quality,
-
Develop and implement control methods that comply with quality requirements,
-
Ensure product quality continuity and manage improvement processes,
-
Conduct root cause analysis in case of nonconformities and deviations, taking necessary actions,
-
Prepare and present daily, weekly, and monthly quality reports,
-
Evaluate change management and design trials on behalf of the quality department,
-
Participate in internal audits, track nonconformities, and manage corrective actions,
-
Lead PFMEA studies and actively contribute to continuous improvement processes,
-
Manage product inspections, conduct quality controls, and report results
