Role Purpose
We are seeking a highly experienced Quality Manager to oversee the implementation and management of quality systems. This role is responsible for ensuring compliance with national and international standards, enhancing operational efficiency, and improving service quality to elevate the overall experience.
Key Responsibilities

Strategic Alignment:
Ensure departmental objectives are aligned with organizational strategy and translate them into actionable plans.

Planning & Execution:
Develop and execute annual quality and operational plans, ensuring delivery within scope, time, and budget.

Operational Excellence:
Monitor, optimize, and standardize processes to achieve maximum efficiency and service quality.

Risk & Compliance:
Identify and mitigate risks while ensuring adherence to all regulatory and organizational requirements.

Stakeholder Engagement:
Build and maintain strong communication channels with stakeholders, addressing needs and concerns effectively.

Team Leadership:
Lead, coach, and mentor a team of quality professionals, fostering accountability and continuous learning.

Performance Management:
Define and monitor KPIs, conduct reviews, and drive performance improvement initiatives.

Continuous Improvement & Reporting:
Provide regular reports to senior management and recommend enhancements based on insights and data analysis.
Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT, or a related field.

MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification preferred.

8–10 years of proven experience in quality management within a relevant industry.
