We are supporting a leading international organisation in the search for a Quality & HSE Manager to take ownership of quality, compliance, and continuous improvement across the Middle East & Africa region.

This is a high-impact role suited to someone who enjoys working at both a strategic and operational level , driving standards, improving processes, and influencing stakeholders across a complex, multi-country environment.

The Role

• Lead and develop the regional quality function , setting direction and driving best practices
• Own and manage the Integrated Management System (IMS) , including ISO standards and audits
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations
• Partner with cross-functional teams (projects, service, supply chain) to improve quality performance
• Establish and track KPIs and metrics , using data to drive continuous improvement
• Promote a strong quality and safety culture through training and engagement

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience in quality management systems and process improvement
• Strong knowledge of ISO standards (e.g. ISO 45001, ISO 14001) and audit processes
• Background in engineering, manufacturing, or industrial environments
• Experience working across multiple regions or in global organisations
• Confident communicator with the ability to influence senior stakeholders
• Analytical mindset with a hands-on approach to problem solving
