With this new role, we are aiming to sustain the improvement of our quality and environmental management systems and to ensure the continuity of our sustainability efforts in our areas of responsibility. Under the supervision of the QHS and ESG Group Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the total quality management performance of the whole institution.

Main Responsibilities:

• Review and maintain management system documentation in alignment with the business and project needs.

• Support the academic and the administrative staff in preparation and maintenance of their standard operating procedures.

• Prepare all necessary reports and support documentation on quality, environmental and sustainability as needed.

• Plan the management system audits to ensure compliance with the institutional policies, practices, and procedures.

• Ensure all processes are completed, reviewed, and approved by the appropriate staff via the management system tool in place.

• Follow up on nonconformances and ensure that the appropriate corrective/preventive actions and root cause analyses are carried out.

• Manage and organize the analyses satisfaction survey processes.

• Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of internal processes.

• Engage the employees on the importance of quality, environment and sustainability procedures related to their roles and responsibilities.

• Perform data management tasks to support management review meetings.

Qualifications

We’re looking for a candidate with a strong mix of qualifications and experience. Key attributes include:

• A minimum of a bachelor’s degree in science, business management or engineering.

• Excellent command of both written and spoken English

• At least 4 years of experience working with quality, environmental management systems and sustainability topics.

• Understanding of ISO 9001:2015 (Quality Management), ISO 14001:2015 (Environmental Management) and ISO 45001:2018 (Occupational Health and Safety) standards.

• Excellent communication skills for engaging with the stakeholders.

• Experience document preparation and use of management system tools.

• Proficiency in preparing and reviewing technical documentation, including project plans, procedures and design documents.

• Ability to develop, review, and monitor performance metrics and data.

• High proficiency in Microsoft Office Programs.

• Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with employees, senior management and other stakeholders.
