Quantity Surveyor

We are looking for a Quantity Surveyor to join our new Railway Project in Rahayel, Abu Dhabi.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare, review, and manage Bills of Quantities (BOQ), cost estimates, and tender documentation.
• Monitor project costs, cash flow, and budget compliance throughout all construction stages.
• Evaluate and certify subcontractor invoices, claims, and variations.
• Conduct quantity take-offs, measurements, and valuations for civil, structural, and MEP works.
• Provide commercial and contractual support to the project management team.
• Assist in risk identification, cost control, and value engineering exercises.
• Prepare progress and financial reports for senior management and stakeholders.
• Liaise with design, procurement, and construction teams to ensure accurate cost management.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related discipline.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in large-scale infrastructure or industrial projects.
• Strong knowledge of civil works including track, earthworks, drainage, roadworks, and building construction.
• Experience with fuel storage tanks, fueling systems, and associated facilities is a plus.
• Proficient in cost management software and MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Good knowledge of FIDIC or other standard forms of contract.
• Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Previous experience in the UAE or GCC region preferred.
