Quantity Surveyor

Position: Quantity Surveyor (QS)
Location: Dubai, Business Bay
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities:

• Prepare cost estimates, budgets, and bills of quantities for construction projects.
• Manage tendering processes, contracts, and procurement.
• Conduct cost analysis and track project expenditures.
• Provide accurate reports on cost planning and value engineering.
• Liaise with project managers, contractors, and clients to ensure budget control.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, contracts, and cost control.
• Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in QS software and MS Office.
