Quantity Surveyor

A leading Real Estate Developer & Construction Company in the Kingdom Of Bahrain seeks to employ Quantity Surveyors.

Job Description:

· Prepare detailed quantity take-offs from drawings and specifications.

· Develop accurate cost estimates and project budgets.

· Monitor and control project costs throughout the construction phase.

· Manage and reconcile variations and claims.

· Prepare interim and final valuations.

· Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and contractors.

· Ensure compliance with relevant standards and regulations.

· Process and evaluate change orders, ensuring accurate cost implications.

· Calculate material quantities required for various construction phases.

· Monitor project progress and measure work completed against the program.

Qualification & Experience:

· Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Quantity Surveying.

· Proven 5-7 years’ experience in civil engineering projects.

· Strong knowledge of construction methodologies and materials.

· Proficiency in quantity surveying software (e.g., WinQS, CCS, etc.).

· Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

· Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
