Quantity Surveyor

Job Summary:
The Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for managing all costs relating to building and civil engineering projects, from initial estimates to final figures. The role ensures that projects are completed within budget while maintaining quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare cost estimates, tender documents, and contracts.
  • Conduct detailed quantity take-offs and cost analysis.
  • Monitor project costs and manage budgets throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Evaluate subcontractor and supplier quotations.
  • Assist in procurement of materials and services.
  • Conduct risk analysis and implement cost-saving measures.
  • Prepare regular reports on project finances and cost forecasts.
  • Ensure compliance with statutory regulations and company policies.
  • Collaborate with project managers, architects, engineers, and contractors.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor in construction projects.
  • Strong knowledge of construction costs, materials, and contracts.
  • Proficiency in QS software (AutoCAD, CostX, Bluebeam, or similar).
  • Excellent analytical, numerical, and communication skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹723,009.28 - ₹1,043,298.81 per year
