QUANTITY SURVEYOR

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Quantity Surveyor to join our team.

Requirements:

• Minimum 10 years of experience in Quantity Surveying.
• At least 5 years of experience in TA/SD (Turnaround / Shutdown projects).
• Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with MS Project and Primavera.
• Proficient in SAP – PM Module operations.
• Diploma in Quantity Surveying or related field (Bachelor’s Degree preferred).

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare, review, and manage cost estimates, BOQs, and budgets.
• Monitor project costs and ensure adherence to budgets.
• Evaluate variations, claims, and contractual issues.
• Support project planning and scheduling activities.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and project specifications.
