Quantity Surveyor

1. Prepare discuss Interim application until issuance of payment certificates.

2. Preparation of discuss agreed Project final accounts

3. Preparation of discuss and agree Variation cost breakdown

4. Preparation of Production reports

5. Update, maintain variation schedules

4. Update, maintain schedule for application/certification/payments

5. Assist to Commercial manager

6. Support to estimation division in respect to preparation of Tender BOQ's.

7. Identify the changes between Tender Documents and Contracts documents

8. Represent company for QS meetings

REQUIREMENTS:

1. Must have Fit-out and Joinery background.

2. Minimum 5years Experience as Quantity Surveyor in UAE

3. Can join Immediately

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Sharjah: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Experience:

• Fit Out & Joinery: 5 years (Required)
