Quantity Surveyor (QS) Infrastructure

Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor (QS) to join our infrastructure team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all cost-related aspects of civil and infrastructure projects, ensuring value for money while maintaining the required standards and quality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and review Bills of Quantities (BOQ), cost estimates, and tender documents.
• Evaluate contractor/subcontractor quotations and negotiate prices.
• Monitor project budgets, costs, and variations throughout all project phases.
• Conduct site visits to track progress and ensure compliance with contractual requirements.
• Prepare interim payment applications and final accounts.
• Provide cost control advice and maintain accurate project documentation.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Quantity Surveying.
• Minimum 5 + years of experience in infrastructure projects (roads, utilities, bridges, etc.).
• Strong knowledge of contracts (FIDIC or similar).
• Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and QS-related software.
