Sr. Quantity Surveyor

Job Title: Senior Quantity Surveyor (Post-Contract) – Arabic Speaker Preferred

Location: Sharjah

Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor (Post-Contract) to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling post-contract activities, cost control, variations, claims, and final accounts to ensure smooth project execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all post-contract quantity surveying duties.
• Review and evaluate variations, claims, and contractual issues.
• Monitor project costs, budgets, and cash flow.
• Prepare and finalize interim and final accounts.
• Coordinate with project teams, consultants, and clients.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 6-7 years of experience, with strong post-contract background.
• Excellent knowledge of FIDIC and contract management.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Arabic language proficiency preferred.
