Prepare and manage cost estimates for all stages of construction projects, from initial design to final completion.

  • Conduct detailed quantity take-offs from drawings and specifications.
  • Prepare tender documents, including bills of quantities, specifications, and contract terms.
  • Evaluate and analyze contractor bids and make recommendations for award.
  • Administer construction contracts, including variations, valuations, and payment applications.
  • Monitor project costs against budget and report on cost performance.
  • Identify and mitigate potential cost risks.
  • Prepare cost reports and forecasts for management review.
  • Negotiate with contractors and subcontractors on cost-related issues.
  • Maintain accurate cost records and documentation.
  • Value completed work and prepare payment certificates.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
  • Collaborate effectively with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders.
