Quantity Surveyor

Job Title: Quantity Surveyor – Aluminium & Glass Façade

Experience: Minimum 3 years

We are seeking a Quantity Surveyor with strong experience in aluminium and glass façade works, capable of independently handling both pre-contract and post-contract activities.

Responsibilities:

Pre-Contract:

- Study tender drawings, specifications, and scope of work

- Prepare BOQs, cost estimates, and tender documentation

- Conduct material take-offs and rate analysis

- Obtain and evaluate supplier and subcontractor quotations

- Assist in tender submissions, clarifications, and negotiations

Post-Contract:

- Prepare and submit monthly progress valuations and invoices

- Handle variations, claims, and final accounts

- Monitor project costs, budgets, and cash flow

- Coordinate with project, procurement, and accounts teams

- Verify subcontractor bills and supplier invoices

- Support contract administration and cost control activities

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering / Quantity Surveying or related field

- 3+ years of relevant experience in aluminium & glass façade projects

- Strong knowledge of curtain walls, unitized & stick systems, windows, doors, and glazing

- Good understanding of contract conditions and measurement standards

- Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and QS tools

- Familiarity with UAE/GCC market rates and practices

- Strong analytical, communication, and negotiation skills
