We’re Hiring: Quantity Surveyor
Seeking a skilled Quantity Surveyor with expertise in infrastructure & landscape projects. Experience in building projects is a plus. Join our dynamic team and help deliver innovative, high-impact projects!

Important Note:

Experience in infrastructure and landscape projects is a must.

Experience in building projects will be considered an advantage.

Key Responsibilities: -

1. Cost Management and Estimation

Review and validate cost estimates, BOQs, and tender quantities submitted by contractors.

Evaluate value engineering proposals and recommend cost optimization strategies without compromising quality or design intent.

Develop and maintain cost databases and benchmarks specific to landscape and infrastructure works.

Review budget allocations and provide cost advice during design and implementation phases.

2. Contract Administration

Oversee the administration of FIDIC-based contracts and ensure adherence to DMT’s procurement and payment procedures.

Assess and recommend approval of interim payment applications, variations, and claims.

Prepare detailed reports on cost performance, budget utilization, and financial progress for management review.

Support the preparation and finalization of contract documents and close-out reports.

3. Technical & Commercial Evaluation

Conduct detailed quantity verification and cross-checking against as-built drawings and site progress.

Review contractors’ submissions for accuracy and compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and DMT cost standards.
