Qualifications and Requirements

* Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.

* Minimum 5 years of UAE experience in quantity surveying for civil/villa projects.

* Strong experience in quantity take-off, measurement, and interim valuations.

* Proven knowledge of variation orders and cost control.

* Ability to prepare accurate project measurements and reports.

* Good coordination and communication skills with project teams and consultants.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
