Quantity Surveyor

We are seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to manage cost planning, budgeting, and financial control for construction projects. The role involves preparing BOQs, monitoring project costs, handling variations, and supporting contract administration to ensure projects are delivered within budget and on schedule.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and review BOQs, cost estimates, and budgets
• Monitor project costs and control expenditures
• Manage variations, claims, and final accounts
• Support contract administration and procurement
• Coordinate with project teams, consultants, and contractors

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying or related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in construction projects
• PAHW Approval
