Quantity Surveyor

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering / Quantity Surveying
• Minimum 3 years of experience in quantity surveying
• Experience in BOQ preparation, quantity take-off, and cost estimation
• Knowledge of AutoCAD, Excel, and QS software
• Experience in construction / fit-out / infrastructure projects
• Good communication and reporting skills
• Prepare BOQ and cost estimates
• Conduct quantity take-offs from drawings
• Monitor project costs and budgets
• Prepare variations and claims
• Coordinate with project managers, consultants, and subcontractors
