Quantity Surveyor

Review tender documents, drawings, and specifications to identify scope and commercial requirements.
Prepare detailed quantity take-offs for civil, structural, and architectural works.
Develop and verify Bills of Quantities (BOQs) in accordance with tender documents and industry standards
Prepare cost breakdowns, rate analyses, and preliminary cost estimates.
Assist in tender pricing, bid summaries, and value engineering exercises.
Coordinate with procurement teams for material quotations and supplier data.
Support in preparing technical and commercial submissions, clarifications, and compliance statements.
Maintain updated records of price databases, suppliers, and historical cost information
Liaise via digital platforms with the Oman commercial team to ensure accuracy and timely delivery of pre-contract documentation.Ensure compliance with company policies, contract terms, and industry standards.
