Quantity Surveyor

General Overview:

Imperial Limited is hiring a skilled and detail-oriented Quantity Surveyor for its Ivory Homes project. The role is responsible for managing project costs, preparing BOQs, evaluating contractor claims, and ensuring cost efficiency throughout the construction lifecycle. The ideal candidate will have strong commercial awareness and hands-on experience in residential or real estate projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare Bills of Quantities (BOQs) based on drawings and specifications
• Conduct quantity take-offs and cost estimation for construction works
• Evaluate and verify contractor bills, variations, and claims
• Monitor project costs and ensure adherence to approved budgets
• Prepare cost reports, forecasts, and financial progress updates
• Assist in tendering process, including bid evaluation and comparisons
• Review contracts and ensure compliance with terms and conditions
• Coordinate with project managers, consultants, and contractors
• Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality
• Maintain proper documentation of all cost-related records

RequirementsEducation

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering / Quantity Surveying / Construction Management

Experience

• 2–4 years of relevant experience in construction or real estate projects
• Experience in residential / housing projects will be preferred

Skills

• Strong knowledge of BOQs, cost estimation, and contract management
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and project management tools
• Familiarity with construction materials, methods, and market rates
• Excellent analytical and negotiation skills
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Pay: Rs70,000.00 - Rs80,000.00 per month
