Job Overview

IIQAF Group is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Quantity Surveyor in Abu Dhabi to manage cost estimation, budgeting, and financial control for construction projects. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in quantity take-off, cost planning, contract management, tender evaluation, and construction cost control.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate cost estimates, BOQs (Bill of Quantities), and project budgets

• Conduct quantity take-off from drawings and project specifications

• Manage project costing, budgeting, and financial reporting

• Evaluate subcontractor quotations and prepare tender documentation

• Monitor project expenses and control construction costs

• Assist in contract administration and variation orders

• Coordinate with engineers, project managers, and site teams

• Ensure compliance with project specifications and UAE construction standards

• Prepare valuation reports and progress payment applications

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field

• Strong knowledge of construction costing, BOQ preparation, and contract management

• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and QS software tools

• Experience in UAE construction projects preferred

• Strong analytical and numerical skills

• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities

• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
