Quantity Surveyor – Aluminium & Glass

Job Description:

AL QASSIM ALUMINIUM AND GLASS is hiring an experienced Quantity Surveyor specializing in aluminium, glass, and façade works. The ideal candidate will be responsible for cost estimation, BOQ preparation, and project cost control for ongoing and upcoming projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and review BOQ (Bill of Quantities)
• Analyze drawings, specifications, and project scope
• Perform cost estimation and budgeting
• Manage variations, claims, and interim payments
• Coordinate with project managers, site engineers, and procurement team
• Evaluate subcontractor quotations and prepare comparison reports
• Monitor project costs and ensure budget compliance

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering / Quantity Surveying or related field
• Minimum 2–5 years UAE experience in aluminium & glass industry
• Strong knowledge of façade systems, curtain wall, glazing, and cladding
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and estimation tools
• Good communication and negotiation skills

Preferred:

• Experience in UAE projects is mandatory
• Immediate joiners preferred

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
