Quantity Surveyor and Estimator

The Role

• Prepare detailed cost estimates for interior design and exhibition projects, including materials, labor, equipment, and overheads. - Analyze project specifications, drawings, and designs to determine resource requirements. - Measure and value the quantity of materials and work required for projects. - Prepare bills of quantities (BOQs) based on drawings and client requirements.

Requirements
Position Title: Estimator cum Quantity Surveyor Employment Type: Full Time Salary: Up to 15,000 AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications Benefits: UAE Labor Law, Annual leave , End-of-Service Benefits (Gratuity) & Ticket allowances every after 2 years Job Location: Dubai, UAE About the Client: One of the leading Dubai-based firms, renowned for its creative interior designs, exhibition stands, and exceptional event management Qualifications: - 40 years old and below - Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related field - At least 4 years UAE experience in estimation and quantity surveying, preferably with interior design and exhibition projects. - Immediate joiners highly preferred
