Quantity Surveyor – Civil Engineering

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Quantity Surveyor (QS) with a Civil Engineering background to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate must hold a Dubai Municipality G+4 certification and possess a valid UAE driving licence.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare cost estimates, BOQs, and tender documents.
• Evaluate contractor quotations and manage project budgets.
• Monitor project costs and ensure cost control measures.
• Conduct site visits and verify progress for interim valuations.
• Ensure compliance with contractual and regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor in the UAE construction industry.
• Dubai Municipality G+4 certification is mandatory.
• Valid UAE driving licence.
• Strong knowledge of construction contracts, methods, and materials.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
