Quantity Surveyor – Construction (Bridges / Infrastructure)

We are seeking a Quantity Surveyor to manage costs and contracts for bridge and infrastructure construction projects. The ideal candidate will handle cost estimation, measurement of quantities, and budget control throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare bills of quantities (BOQ) and cost estimates for construction projects
• Monitor project costs and control budgets
• Evaluate contractor and supplier payment claims
• Conduct site visits to measure and verify quantities
• Assist in tender documentation and contractor negotiations
• Maintain accurate records of costs, variations, and payments
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and procurement teams

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field
• Minimum 1 year experience as a Quantity Surveyor in construction/infrastructure projects
• Strong knowledge of construction materials, methods, and measurement standards
• Proficient in cost estimation and quantity take-offs
• Good communication, analytical, and negotiation skills
• Proficiency in MS Office and cost software (e.g., AutoCAD, SAP, or Primavera) is a plus
