Position Overview:
We are looking for a skilled female Quantity Surveyor / Estimator with her own visa to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in cost estimation, budgeting, and project management within the luxury construction and interior design industry. Pre-Contract experience is mandatory. This role plays a critical part in ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare detailed cost estimates for interior fit-out, furniture, and luxury villa projects.
• Conduct site measurements, quantity take-offs, and prepare bills of quantities (BOQ) using Pre-Contract processes.
• Analyze tender documents and prepare competitive project proposals.
• Monitor project costs, track expenditures, and ensure budget compliance.
• Collaborate with project managers, designers, and contractors to optimize resources.
• Assist in contract negotiation, variation assessments, and final project settlements.

Requirements:

• Female candidate (mandatory) with own valid visa.
• Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying (mandatory).
• Minimum 3–5 years’ experience as a Quantity Surveyor or Estimator in luxury interiors, fit-out, or villa construction projects.
• Pre-Contract experience is mandatory.
• Strong knowledge of cost estimation, BOQ preparation, and tender analysis.
• Proficiency in MS Office and AutoCAD.
• Detail-oriented, analytical, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
