Quantity Surveyor - Fit Out

Job Title: Quantity Surveyor (QS) – Fit-Out & Interior Design

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare accurate cost estimates, BOQs (Bill of Quantities), and tender documents for fit-out and interior design projects.
• Evaluate contractor/subcontractor quotations and negotiate contracts.
• Prepare and review material and labor cost breakdowns, rate analyses, and cost comparisons.
• Assess, evaluate, and certify interim payment applications and final accounts
• Support in procurement strategy and vendor evaluation.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of construction materials, methods, and finishes used in interiors.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and QS-related software.
• Strong analytical and numerical skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Detail-oriented and organized.
• Strong commercial and contractual awareness.
• Team player with the ability to collaborate across departments.
• Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach.

with UAE EXPERIENCE required atleast 3-4 years experience
